As our Facilities Management division continues to expand nationally, we are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Divisional Operations Manager to lead operational performance, client engagement, business growth, and service excellence across our Facilities portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Management division across multiple states and client portfolios.
- Ensure all contracts are delivered in accordance with client requirements, KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and company standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency, productivity, service quality, and profitability.
- Monitor workforce planning, resource allocation, subcontractor performance, and operational risk.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, stakeholders, landlords, centre managers, and industry partners.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and site inspections.
- Ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded through proactive communication and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance services and strengthen client partnerships.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior facilities management, operations management, contract management, or service delivery leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience managing cleaning, maintenance, grounds, or integrated facilities services.
- Proven experience managing multi-site and geographically dispersed operations.
- Experience in client relationship management, contract management, and business development.
- Qualification in Business, Facilities Management, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship.
- Current and unrestricted Driver Licence.
- National Police Check.
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to travel interstate as required.
- Ability to obtain client-specific clearances and licences where required.
