Role Summary
Sauti East Africa seeks a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant for a project supporting women smallholder farmers in Kenya and Uganda, focusing on climate and finance awareness.
Key Responsibilities
The evaluation will employ both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Applicants are required to submit a detailed financial proposal outlining the costs associated with conducting the needs assessment, baseline study, and endline study.
The proposed budget should be comprehensive and cover all activities required to deliver the expected tasks and outputs, including:
The financial proposal should provide a clear breakdown of costs by major budget line, together with a brief justification for each item.
- Development of questionnaires and other data-collection tools;
- Field data collection, including surveys, key informant interviews, and focus group discussions;
- Personnel and consultancy costs;
- Travel and accommodation;
- Logistical coordination;
- Data management and cleaning;
- Data processing and analysis;
- Report writing and production; and
- Submission of all required deliverables, including cleaned datasets.
