Join Kforce as a Finance Accounting Treasury Manager in Red Bank, NJ, where you'll lead treasury functions and optimize cash management in a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities
Kforce's client, a top fashion company, is adding a Finance & Accounting Treasury Manager to their team in Red Bank, NJ. This position is hybrid with 1 day remote. Duties include:
- Lead and mentor, providing training, performance feedback, and guidance on treasury processes
- Reconcile daily cash flow reports against projections; Report variances to CEO and CFO
- Design and implement DSO/DPO improvement strategies, increasing liquidity efficiency
- Manage daily cash balances to support operations while maximizing working capital
- Partner with vendors to resolve invoicing/payment discrepancies and maintain strong relationships
- Compile working capital reports across U.S., and Foreign operations
- Analyze and mitigate risk related to bad debt and chargebacks
- Support internal audits and serve as key liaison with external auditors
- Build and manage Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs for upper management
- Coordinate with banks to ensure timely funding and clearing of checks
- Assist in ABL (asset-based lending) reporting and compliance processes
- Compile and manage data for insurance claims and monthly spend analysis
- Review credit insurance policies and ensure accurate sales tax filings
Minimum Requirements
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting/finance/cash management/AP Management
- Some experience with Asset Based Lending
- Leadership experience
- Merchandising Systems
- SAP, Oracle, and SAP
- Cash management and banking experience
- Executive communication
- CPA/MBA a plus
- Retail/Wholesale a plus
