FitMe is a fitness app created for people who want to stay active without long, repetitive workouts. It offers short, easy-to-follow routines that can be done at home with no equipment. FitMe is perfect for busy people who want to maintain their health, boost energy levels, and feel good every day — without going to the gym or spending hours on exercise.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and launching email campaigns in Reteno
- Achieving mutually agreed quantitative revenue targets
- Restructuring the email marketing infrastructure (remarketing of users who left their emails on the quiz), which includes:a) Setting up the foundation of campaigns (segmentation by marketing funnels, different types of flows, etc.)b) Conducting A/B tests to improve the entire email funnelc) Implementing thematic campaignsd) Maintaining the stability of risk metrics
- Requesting and implementing new functionality from the web development team (with the help of a PM)
- Supporting transactional emails.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an email marketing manager
- Experience in B2C product or performance marketing
- Practical experience with email/CRM marketing platforms (Reteno, ESputnik, SendPulse, or similar) — campaign setup, segmentation, automated flows
- Understanding of the principles of building marketing funnels and experience conducting A/B tests to improve conversion at different stages of the funnel
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, risk metrics)
- Experience setting tasks for the development team and working with a PM to implement new functionality
- Attention to detail and responsibility — experience supporting/maintaining system (transactional) mailings.
