Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.
Our GTM team is 40 people today and growing quickly. As our product evolves at pace and we enter increasingly complex enterprise accounts, one of our biggest opportunities is helping every member of our GTM organisation ramp faster, stay current and consistently perform at their best.
As our first GTM Enablement Program Manager, you'll build the operating system that makes that possible.
Working across Sales, Product and Marketing, you'll design the programmes, systems and workflows that help our GTM teams learn, adopt new product capabilities and execute consistently. You'll transform fast-moving information into scalable onboarding, enablement programmes, AI-powered workflows and playbooks that genuinely improve performance.
This is a rare opportunity to build a function from the ground up. You'll define how enablement works at Omnea—from onboarding and learning programmes to AI tooling, documentation standards and measurement—creating systems that scale as the business grows.
We're looking for a structured, strategic operator who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity. You might come from consulting, programme management, operations, strategy or a Chief of Staff-type role. Previous enablement experience isn't essential—we're looking for someone who loves building systems that help great teams become even better.

- You have 3–5 years' experience in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. This could be consulting, programme or project management, operations, strategy or another role where structured thinking, clear communication and excellent execution were essential.
- You're a systems thinker who naturally brings order to complexity. You enjoy designing processes, frameworks and programmes that make other people more effective.
- You're highly organised and obsessed with user experience. You know that great documentation, learning and processes are concise, intuitive and easy to maintain.
- You're execution-focused and always looking for smarter ways of working. You're excited by AI and modern productivity tools and naturally adopt technologies that help teams move faster.
- You're an excellent communicator. You can simplify complex ideas, influence stakeholders across functions and create content and programmes that genuinely change behaviour.
- You're excited by ownership. Rather than inheriting an established function, you're motivated by the opportunity to define how GTM enablement works from the ground up.
