Following our recent $80m Series C funding, we are ready to push beyond.Distribusion is quickly expanding globally and looking for a Senior Technical Partnerships Manager (all genders) to join the Carrier Operations team to drive performance improvements of key carrier partnerships.What you will do:
- Provide technical consultation to new partners during product implementation to ensure certification standards are met, and take responsibility for the support and growth of a portfolio of leading transport operators.
- Define and execute growth initiatives of both commercial and technical nature, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders across integrations, product, business development, and finance teams.
- Conceptualize and implement operational processes and tooling targeting automation.
- Build relationships to enhance engagement with our product, guiding development for our core offerings and increasing stickiness to our brand.
Minimum Requirements
- You bring 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. Consulting/Product/Partnership teams in start-ups).
Working Conditions
We are mainly looking for this role to be based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin.
We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

Eligible candidates should have strong technical acumen and relevant experience in the field.
