Role Summary
Join Depulu Wheel Reconditioners as an Operations/Workshop Manager in Ashmore, Queensland, and lead daily workshop operations for a top wheel repair business.
About the Organisation
You will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the workshop, ensuring efficiency, high-quality workmanship, and excellent customer service.
Working closely with the team, you will manage workflow effectively in order maximise productivity and ensure turnaround times are met.
This is a hands on position, so you will need to be willing to learn all aspects of the business and jump in to provide support when and where needed.
Minimum Requirements
You will have at least 5 years experience as an automotive industry service / workshop manager.
Ideally you will have some experience / Knowledge in wheel repair, or at least areas of the repair process.
Working Conditions
- Monday to Friday work.
- A consistent 7am – 4pm schedule
- Friendly, down-to-earth team culture
