As we continue to grow in size, scale and complexity, we are looking for an Associate to join us. Working as part of our Product Control team, this newly created role will support accounting for new product testing and our trading activity, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
As we grow, we are looking for an Associate to join our Product Control team. You will partner closely with our New Products, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure our offerings meet all finance, data, and accounting requirements. This role also supports our ongoing efforts to strengthen accounting operations, particularly through the standardization and automation of our balance sheet reconciliations.
Minimum Requirements
- Professional finance qualification such as the ACA or equivalent, with practical knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
- 2+ years of experience in balance sheet reconciliations and month-end reporting.
- Experience working in high-volume, dynamic, regulatory environments, ideally within Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ability to reconcile and analyze high-volume data.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive interest in data and AI-driven automation.
- Highly organized, comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Proven ability to find end-to-end solutions to issues and work cross-functionally and with remote teams - including Finance, Product, Engineering, Data.
- Keen to learn more about Fintech products and the inner workings of an organisation dealing with high volume transactions.
