Finance & Support Services Officer, SEA F/M

Join Fondation Mérieux as a Finance & Support Services Officer in Laos, providing essential financial and administrative support in the Southeast Asia region.

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in administration or accounting, with proven experience in project administration, financial control and project reporting (experience with INGOs or development partners is an asset).
• Good level of English language (spoken and written), in addition to Laos Language preferably;

• WORK LOCATION:
• Our headquarters are located in Vientiane. Regular travels to Cambodia or Myanmar can be required.
• Work environment: open-plan or shared offices.
• COMPENSATION COMPONENTS:
• A gross base salary spread over 12 months, determined based on level of experience.
• A13th-month bonus paid in December
• A performance-based bonus paid in March.
• Coverage under an employee health insurance plan for the employee and their family.
• WORK SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS:
• Full time position, 8 hours a day / 40 hours per week
• Option to work remotely up to 1 day per week following a 3 months onboarding period
