Role Summary
Join Autumnwood Of Deckerville as a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee and coordinate resident care in a supportive environment, with attractive benefits and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises LPNs, Medication Aides, CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care
- Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities
- Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
- Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed
- Transfers employees among units per staffing demands
- Completes performance evaluations and provides input on hiring, disciplining, or terminating staff
- Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns
- Oversee unit operations during absence of higher-level management
- Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Requirements
- Current state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a valid state nursing license and CPR certification to be eligible for this role.
