About the Organisation
Our Large Loss Specialists handle Marshmallow’s most complex and high-value motor claims, often involving catastrophic injuries such as brain and spinal trauma, psychiatric injury, complex fractures and nerve damage.
Beyond handling claims, the team acts as a centre of technical expertise, sharing insights and driving consistency across Claims. We work closely with Complex Personal Injury colleagues, reinsurers, panel solicitors and teams across Claims, Underwriting and Pricing to deliver fair, commercially sound outcomes. As a small, highly technical team, we offer broad exposure and the opportunity to grow your authority quickly.
Minimum Requirements
- You balance empathy for customers with proactive, commercial decision-making.
- You investigate complex issues thoroughly and own your decisions through to settlement.
- You explain technical judgments clearly and build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You share your expertise, seek feedback and want to help shape a growing Large Loss function.
