Role Summary
Join World Vision as an INGO Forum Coordinator in Central African Republic, leading the coordination of 53 international NGOs to impact humanitarian efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in international relations, political science, development, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in humanitarian or conflict settings
- Senior leadership or coordination experience (Country Director or previous Forum Coordination experience or equivalent preferred)
- Proven experience in advocacy and multi-stakeholder coordination
- Experience managing multicultural teams
- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal) is a MUST
- Based in Bangui with willingness to travel up to approximately 15% of the time
- Ability to work under intense pressure and in rudimentary conditions
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have a Master's degree and extensive experience in humanitarian settings, with fluency in French and English.
