Join World Vision as an INGO Forum Coordinator in Central African Republic, leading the coordination of 53 international NGOs to impact humanitarian efforts.

Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s degree in international relations, political science, development, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years in humanitarian or conflict settings
  • Senior leadership or coordination experience (Country Director or previous Forum Coordination experience or equivalent preferred)
  • Proven experience in advocacy and multi-stakeholder coordination
  • Experience managing multicultural teams
  • Fluent in French and English (written and verbal) is a MUST
  • Based in Bangui with willingness to travel up to approximately 15% of the time
  • Ability to work under intense pressure and in rudimentary conditions

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have a Master's degree and extensive experience in humanitarian settings, with fluency in French and English.
