New Grad Software Engineer
Role Summary
Join Bloxd as a New Grad Software Engineer in London, working with a dynamic game development team in a startup environment.
About the Organisation
Creating games with editable worlds usually takes 20k+ lines of well-optimised code and large amounts of effort. Bloxd gives you editable worlds in 5 lines of code, within 5 minutes. You can play our games at bloxd.io.
You’re equally excited by difficult engineering problems as you are by voxel, sandbox, and multiplayer games. You think deeply about what makes these games fun and enjoy building the technical systems that make them possible.
You have robust engineering fundamentals, a high-ownership mentality and enjoy working collaboratively. You are eager to wear many hats across game design, UI/UX, and community management, and can iterate quickly on a live product whilst learning from player feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related subject, or equivalent practical experience.
