About the Organisation
Amal Healing and Advocacy Center (AHAC) is a Syrian women-led and refugee-led organization working with and for Syrian women and communities in Türkiye and Syria. AHAC provides integrated legal aid, psychosocial support, case management, protection, gender-based violence prevention and response, advocacy, political empowerment, and transitional justice programming.
Under the project “Hand in Hand to End Violence Against Women,” AHAC is seeking a qualified female trainer and editorial mentor to deliver an intensive three-day workshop for seven young women community mobilizers and supervise the development of seven original website articles addressing sexual and gender-based violence.
