AIDA WB Coordinator

Oxfam Novib seeks an AIDA WB Coordinator with 5+ years in humanitarian operations for a 12-month contract in Ramallah or Jerusalem. Apply by September 12, 2026.

• Experience in a complex and volatile humanitarian/recovery context;
• Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities;
• Knowledge about own leadership, coordination and facilitation skills/profile;
• Relevant university degree(s);
• At least +5 years of relevant work experience in INGO humanitarian operations, advocacy, communications, and/or program implementation in oPt;
• Experience and understanding of humanitarian coordination systems and fora
• Sound understanding of political, development, humanitarian and human rights issues, programming and operations in oPt.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, networking and influencing skills;
• Capacity to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
• Documented experience facilitating effective meetings, workshops and training.
• Excellent ICT and information management skills, including MS Office, database management, online communication, and social media platforms;
• Fluency in English and Arabic

• Willingness to travel throughout Israel & Palestine including Gaza.
• Advanced University in a relevant field;
• Working command of Hebrew;
• Strong knowledge in the challenges presented by counter-terrorism legislation, funding restrictions, challenges to access and shrinking civic space,
• Previous experience in INGO & Humanitarian operations coordination
• Drivers’ license;
• Information management or data entry experience preferred;
