Role Summary
Ektimisi seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting Specialist for a remote position, preferably based in Syria or Europe, to support research and capacity-building initiatives.

Ektimisi is a research and development consulting firm working across the Middle East and Eastern Europe, with a focus on complex environments including Syria, Iraq, and Ukraine. We support international organizations with research, evaluations, third‑party monitoring, and capacity building.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree in international development, social sciences, statistics, economics, public policy, information management, or a related field.
- Experience with MEAL frameworks, evaluation criteria, logical frameworks, indicators, or research methodologies.
- Familiarity with KoboToolbox, ODK, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
- English Arabic language is highly desirable
Working Conditions
· Remote work with flexible hours.
· Preferred availability for coordination: 9:00–17:00 (Turkey).
· Fixed monthly compensation + performance-based bonuses.
· Exposure to international partners and multi-country projects.
· Opportunity to develop ME&R, reporting, data analysis, and project coordination skills.
