Join Provident Behavioral Health as an Overnight HVAC Technician in Nashville, TN. Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems with a focus on guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining mechanical systems and equipment
- Monitoring environmental controls and utility usage
- Assembling, installing, testing, and repairing electrical and piping systems
- Performing routine pool and spa maintenance
- Ensuring safety protocols and company standards are followed
- Assisting with moving and lifting objects up to 100 pounds
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and quality
- Working in confined or elevated spaces and on uneven surfaces
- Performing other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Ability to move and manipulate objects of varying sizes, work in physical and confined environments, and follow safety procedures. No supervisory experience needed.
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree preferred
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- EPA Universal Certification, HVAC Certification, and Driver's License required
