About the Organisation
This role will focus on Kraken Distribution, our newest and fast-growing product line. We are looking for someone to help us grow Kraken Distribution's footprint by driving awareness, and figuring out product-market fit and the right go-to-market approach.
Kraken Distribution is serving distribution network operators as they navigate the next phase of the energy transition. As networks face growing grid congestion, two-way energy flows, an increasing number of distributed energy resources (e.g., solar PVs, EVs, batteries) and much greater data complexity, Kraken Distribution helps utilities modernise how they plan, operate, and evolve their networks - enabling smarter, more flexible, and more customer-centric grids.
Minimum Requirements

- 7+ years' experience in Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, GTM Strategy, Product Management or Management Consulting.
- Experience defining go-to-market strategies for enterprise software or technology products.
- Strong strategic thinking and comfort working with ambiguity.
- The ability to turn market insight into practical product and commercial recommendations.
- Knowledge of European languages
- Experience in utilities
