AIPJ3 is seeking a qualified Subcontractor to support Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas) to conduct a comprehensive study to update the current problem mapping on corruption prevention, identify key institutional and policy challenges, assess existing governance arrangements, and formulate evidence-based policy recommendations on the revitalization of corruption prevention in priority sectors. The study is expected to provide practical recommendations that will support future policy development and institutional strengthening initiatives undertaken by the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas and relevant Ministries and Government Institutions. Specifically, the selected organisation is expected to:
- Identify and analyse key problems, strategic issues, and institutional challenges affecting the development of laws, regulations, and governance related to corruption prevention and public services.
- Map strategic issues and policy directions concerning the revitalization of corruption prevention in priority sectors.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and analyse relevant studies, research findings, regulations, and policy documents related to corruption prevention and governance reform.
- Undertake stakeholder consultations through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and other appropriate consultation mechanisms involving relevant stakeholders in the legal, governance, and regulatory sectors.
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations to support the revitalization of corruption prevention in priority sectors and strengthen future policy development
