Proven experience leading large creative production, client delivery or account organisations within a global production environment.

Extensive experience managing senior client relationships within complex international accounts.

Strong commercial acumen with ownership of forecasting, financial performance and resource planning.

Demonstrated leadership of multi-layered organisations including senior client leaders and delivery teams.

Ability to balance strategic client leadership with operational excellence.

Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable operating across global and distributed teams.

Experience driving organisational change, governance and continuous improvement.

Passion for innovation, AI-enabled production and operational excellence.
