Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable, VAT returns and accounts receivable.
- Process employee expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Oversee client invoicing and manage billing workflows.
- Assist with month-end close procedures, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate on ad-hoc finance and operational projects as they arise.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or analytical role (tech or startup experience is a plus, but not required).
- Solid foundational knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and invoicing.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software and financial tools. An understanding of AI-native finance stacks would be advantageous
- Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment.
