Construction site experience proficiency: You have a proven track record in technical project management, rollout management, or site coordination within an IT context. Reading and reviewing complex building layouts is second nature to you.Network infrastructure in your DNA: You are deeply knowledgeable of network technology and feel comfortable with physical setups (racks, patching). We would love if you bring on solid experience in configuring Zyxel Nebula (or comparable cloud-managed networks).Smart Access know-how (Big Plus): You have prior experience with modern building access control systems (e.g., Glutz, Salto, or similar smart lock vendors).Assertiveness & willingness to travel: You know how to communicate effectively with contractors on-site, remain solution-oriented under pressure, and bring the flexibility required for regular site visits.Languages: Business fluent in German and English is a must — you'll be in site meetings across DACH+ markets daily.
