Request for Quotation for Project Evaluation Service
Role Summary
The International Labour Organization seeks quotations for a final independent evaluation of a project aimed at promoting employment among vulnerable groups in Iraq.
Minimum Requirements
The interested service providers are requested to prepare qualifications documents as requested. These include:
\- Legal documents and tax documentation for the company, as per the requirements on the application platform
\- The company profile
\- The CVs of the proposed team’s members (team leader and the local consultant(s))
A first qualification check will be done and if the team doesn’t possess all the required experience as per the profiles set above, the team will be disqualified. As such all applicants are advised to showcase clearly the number of years along with the relevant assignments in their CVs that prove their attainment of the requirements in this TORs.
The service providers are also requested to provide a technical and financial proposal for the assignment.
Screening level 2: Technical Proposal
Technical proposals will account for 70% of the total scoring and will be assessed based on the consistency of the proposed approach with the Terms of Reference, the qualifications of the evaluation team (ET) , and the profile of the service provider company.
