Role Summary
Terre des hommes is seeking IT service providers for website development and support for various digital platforms under a 3-year framework agreement.

Minimum Requirements
Tenderers must submit a complete application package including:
- Technical Proposal describing methodology, approach and delivery model.
- Financial Proposal in CHF (excluding VAT).
- Company registration and legal documentation.
- Evidence of similar projects of comparable scale and complexity.
- At least two professional references demonstrating experience with Drupal, Moodle and multilingual digital platforms.
