About the Organisation
We're a small, fast-moving energy software company based in Munich building an end-to-end platform for industrial battery storage — spanning planning, AI-driven operation, and automated energy market trading. Our mission is to make industrial battery storage economical and intelligent, helping European industrial companies take control of rising energy costs.
We're looking for a proactive Member of Commercial Staff to join our commercial team. In this role, you'll be a key driver of customer growth and satisfaction — owning the full customer lifecycle and helping shape how we go to market as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with new customers from first contact through long-term engagement
- Own the customer lifecycle end-to-end — from onboarding to ensuring maximum satisfaction and retention
- Develop deep understanding of our product, the industrial energy storage market, and the evolving regulatory landscape
- Generate customer and market insights that inform commercial strategy and product direction
- Collaborate closely with a small, high-calibre team to drive revenue and customer success
Minimum Requirements
- Background in or exposure to industrial energy, battery storage, or energy trading
- Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or energy-tech company
- Fluency in German (given our customer base in the DACH region)
Working Conditions
This is an on-site role based in Munich, Germany. You'll be working closely with the founding team in our Munich office.

- Salary: €70,000 – €100,000 per year, depending on experience

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a business-related role and are encouraged to have a passion for energy markets.
