Join Sightsavers in Dublin as a Corporate and Campaigns Manager, leading corporate fundraising efforts to support the rights of people with disabilities.

- Develop and implement Sightsavers Ireland's corporate fundraising strategy for 2027–2031
- Create annual fundraising plans with clear priorities, objectives and measures of success
- Identify, develop and secure new corporate partnerships that align with Sightsavers' mission and values
- Build and manage strong relationships with corporate partners, creating mutually beneficial engagement opportunities
- Lead the planning and delivery of fundraising and cultivation events, including flagship challenges and donor engagement activities
- Develop innovative fundraising initiatives that engage businesses, employees and wider supporter networks
- Build a network of senior business leaders who can champion and advocate for Sightsavers Ireland
- Monitor fundraising performance and provide reporting on income, impact and return on investment
- Manage campaign and partnership budgets and ensure funding is accurately tracked and reported
Minimum Requirements
- Significant experience in corporate fundraising, business development or corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing external partnerships.
- Strong event management experience, including the delivery of high-profile fundraising
- or stakeholder events.
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Experience engaging with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Strong planning, organisational and budget management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to monitor performance and use data to inform decision-making
- Experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies
- Experience creating employee engagement or corporate volunteering initiatives
- Experience working in the charity, international development or non-profit sector
- Experience managing fundraising campaigns linked to major awareness days or events
- Knowledge of corporate giving trends within Ireland
