Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa's farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. On average, this model enables any farmer to increase their income and assets on supported land by more than 35 percent, while permanently improving their resilience. Seeking an experience finance Professional with 8+years of experience to lead reconciliation and payments transformation, improve operational controls, and partner across global teams to build scalable, technology-enabled finance operations
Minimum Requirements

As soon as possible
- The Certification: You are a certified CPA or ACCA Finalist (this is a mandatory requirement).
- The Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- The Experience: At least 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in finance operations, treasury, payments, or financial controls.
- The Technical Edge: Deep expertise in bank, vendor, and balance sheet reconciliations, alongside advanced hands-on experience with modern ERP systems.
- The Spreadsheet Power User: Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (you know how to manipulate data and build reports that tell a story).
