  • Demonstrated track record in managing multi-country regional operations, complex donor budgets, and institutional compliance (including EU and Dutch donor frameworks).
  • Solid operational expertise in supply chain planning, procurement oversight, and logistical management in high-risk settings.
  • Strong expertise in financial risk management, internal controls, auditing, and ERP financial systems (e.g., MS Dynamics).
  • Hands-on mentality combined with strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities in managing and developing cross-cultural finance and operations teams within matrix environments.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in French (fluent) and English (proficient).
  • Willingness to relocate to Bamako (Mali), Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso), or Niamey (Niger), with flexibility to travel at least 50% of the time across West Africa and Europe.
