About the Organisation
Operational capability: Proven experience within a fast-paced environment such as technology, start-ups, food delivery, or direct experience as a Deliveroo Rider.Autonomy and adaptability: A self-starter mindset with the ability to work solo, use your own initiative, and adapt quickly to changing field conditions and priorities.Stakeholder communication: Strong empathetic listening and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse internal teams and external rider applicants.Logistical flexibility: A valid UKI driving licence and a willingness to travel extensively, including early mornings and late evenings, to support field operations.Nice to Have
Note: This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) with the possibility of extension. All travel, mileage, and accommodation expenses incurred while in the field will be fully covered by the company.
