Employer Branding Manager (f/m/d)

Join adjoe as an Employer Branding Manager in Hamburg to shape talent strategy and enhance employer branding in the tech industry.

• You bring 5+ years of experience in employer branding, specifically within the tech industry.
• You will define and evolve our Employer Value Proposition, showcasing real employee journeys and career development paths across video, podcasts, social channels, and external platforms. We are looking for someone who loves connecting with people and bringing authentic human and tech stories to life.
• You will build and manage an active engineering blog pipeline and tech content strategy. You will partner directly with developers, tech leads, and directors to translate complex backend systems and tech pillars into engaging articles, stories, and social posts.
• You will produce your own content hands-on while also briefing and directing designers, videographers, photographers, and content writers. You are comfortable scripting video concepts, leading shoots, and working closely with creative teams to deliver polished visual assets.
• You will audit and refine our career website, external company profiles, and job description copy to ensure our employee experience, culture, and impact-driven roles are accurately reflected for global talent.
• You will support developers in speaking at top tech conferences by helping build compelling presentation decks, abstracts, and talk tracks.
• You bring a balance of big-picture strategy and daily execution. You are equally excited to map out long-term talent attraction campaigns as you are to jump on camera, write copy, or collaborate directly with an engineer to draft a tech piece.
