In Adana, SARD implements the RE-SEED project to support sustainable livelihoods and economic recovery for both Syrian refugees and members of the host community. The intervention focuses on facilitating business formalization and legal registration for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), providing legal counseling, entrepreneurship training, employment support services, and cash grants for eligible businesses. Through these activities, the project aims to strengthen local businesses, promote decent employment, and foster an inclusive and resilient local economy, with particular attention to women, youth, and persons with disabilities.

The project places a strong emphasis on inclusion, with a particular focus on encouraging the participation of women entrepreneurs and persons with disabilities, fostering a more diverse and equitable economic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Support the implementation of employment-related and field activities under the project.

2\. Coordinate with companies and beneficiaries regarding interviews, attendance, and recruitment follow-up.

3\. Support outreach activities and conduct field visits to identify and engage MSME owners and job seekers.

4\. Assist in the implementation of legal awareness sessions, entrepreneurship trainings, and other project activities.

5\. Support beneficiaries during legal registration and licensing processes by providing basic guidance and follow-up.

6\. Coordinate with municipalities, chambers of commerce, and legal institutions when needed.

7\. Maintain beneficiary records, support data entry, and contribute to reporting and documentation activities.

8\. Support interview scheduling, recruitment follow-up, and employment documentation processes.

9\. Promote the inclusion and participation of women entrepreneurs and persons with disabilities across all project activities.

10\. Support the project team in the implementation of other project activities when required.
