Our customers at Ocado never know when they are going to be missing that vital
ingredient or when the munchies might hit, so our Zoom riders are critical in
steering their sleek power-assisted cargo bikes to the rescue at just the right
time.
You’ll be our customers’ first point of contact, so all we ask is that you
deliver joy safely with a smile. And in return we guarantee no two days are ever
the same but every one is an adventure.
With a starting rate of £13.19 per hour (paid on a lunar cycle of every 4
weeks), you will be required to work 40 hours per week (across 8-hour shifts of
AM and PM) across any 5 out of 7 days.

Ready to ride?
No delivery experience? No stress! Providing you can safely ride a bicycle,
we’ll provide your cargo ebike, all the equipment you require, and our
comprehensive cargo bike and customer experience training. You just need to
bring a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, a winning smile and a commitment to safety
and teamwork. Riders must be prepared to work in all weather conditions and
possess a good level of fitness as you will be required to pull a minimal cargo
bike load of 50kg.
