Minimum Requirements
- Significant experience in managing regulatory inspections and engagement - ideally within payments or fintech
- A methodical, meticulous approach to project management
- A track record of keeping calm under pressure
- Highly responsive, solutions-oriented and comfortable operating with ambiguity
- Commercially pragmatic, with the ability to weigh regulatory and reputational risk against business objectives and to take considered, well-reasoned decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management: credible with regulators and auditors, trusted by executives, and effective at mobilising colleagues across functions and geographies.
- People management experience, or clear readiness to build and lead a team
- Impeccable written communication
