Role Summary
FHI 360 is seeking a Lead Facilitator for a Regional Workshop in Bangkok, Thailand, focusing on HIV service funding strategies from August 26-28, 2026.

Through the Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) project, funded by the U.S.
Department of State, FHI 360 supports countries to achieve and sustain HIV epidemic control
through high-quality, client-centered HIV prevention, testing, and treatment services. The project
places strong emphasis on locally led approaches and the meaningful engagement of communitybased organizations (CBOs).
To support regional learning and dialogue, FHI 360/EpiC will convene the Regional Workshop on
Funding Diversification Strategies for Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) in Asia, to be
held from 26-28 August 2026 at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.
The workshop will bring together government representatives, community-based organizations,
development partners, and technical experts to exchange experiences, identify opportunities for
sustainable financing, and support country-level action planning.
Given the interactive nature of the workshop, professional facilitation, moderation, and Master of
Ceremonies (MC) services are required to promote participant engagement, support effective
dialogue, and ensure smooth workshop implementation.
Key Responsibilities
The selected Contractor shall be responsible for the comprehensive planning and delivery of
professional Master of Ceremonies (MC) and facilitation services for the Regional Workshop, in
close coordination with FHI 360.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Working Conditions
The Contractor shall provide end-to-end professional facilitation and Master of Ceremonies (MC)
services, encompassing pre-workshop planning, executive workshop moderation, strategic
facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and post-workshop synthesis.

The assignment will involve activities across the preparation, workshop delivery, and post-workshop phases. During the preparation and coordination phase, the consultant will participate in planning meetings and submit facilitation preparation materials at least five working days before the workshop. During the workshop delivery phase, from 26 to 28 August 2026, the consultant will provide MC, moderation, and facilitation services to ensure effective workshop implementation. Following the workshop, the consultant will review the workshop report and provide feedback and recommendations within ten working days of receiving the draft workshop report.
