The Program Analyst (Data & Insights) will play a critical role in transforming data into strategic evidence for leadership decision-making and enhancing program effectiveness across the organization. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and leveraging comprehensive Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting systems to monitor the implementation of WVSR Strategic Plan and drive Operational Agility.
The incumbent will lead the design and management of dynamic dashboards, ensure timely strategic reporting (e.g., Grants Health Tracker, high-level Factsheets), and provide consistent, high-quality data support to various departments, focusing on the successful integration and tracking of Nexus programming. This role is central to fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring accountability for impact.
- Knowledge Base: A strong foundational knowledge in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), or a related quantitative discipline. This is ideally demonstrated through:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, OR
- Extensive professional certifications (e.g., in Power BI, SQL, Data Analytics, Project Management) combined with substantial practical experience.

Eligible candidates should have a background in data analysis and be willing to work on-site in Damascus.
