• Supporting the DEL project team in obtaining the necessary local authorisations to conduct data collection, if and where required
• Supporting the recruitment and selection of enumerators, for approval by the research team
• Contributing to the survey implementation plan, the survey manual, and the enumerator training programme, in coordination with the DEL project team
• Co-facilitating the three-day enumerator training and the one-day pilot
• Supervising the day-to-day work of the enumerator team, monitoring daily productivity, and managing call scheduling
• Implementing routine data quality assurance, including follow-up on high-frequency check flags raised by the central data team
• Ensuring that all call attempts and their outcomes are recorded accurately, and that discrepancies and anomalies in the data are reconciled and corrected in communication with the DEL project team
• Ensuring adherence to survey procedures, ethical standards, informed consent protocols, and data protection requirements for sensitive data collected from vulnerable populations
• Participating in daily check-ins with the DEL project team and the research team during the first week of data collection and regular check-ins thereafter, and addressing issues raised on data quality
