Analyst to join our team in London.

- Learn the full Quantum data stack, from Hightouch to BigQuery and GA4 through to Tableau
- Be on the front line building out innovative Ai-led solutions using Claude, Gemini and
- Get hands-on with making meaningful recommendations using real business data from week
- See your analysis drive real outcomes within the commercial, marketing, and product teams
- Build the foundations to grow into a Commercial Insights Analyst
- A recent or upcoming degree in a maths or science based subject
- A genuine interest in data and the commercial decisions it drives, with some hands-on
- AI native with demonstrable examples of how you’ve used AI as a student, on a work
- Curious by nature, keen to understand why the numbers move the way they do
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to articulate complex ideas and explain
- Organised and reliable, able to manage your own tasks and hit deadlines
- You thrive when working as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent written and verbal English skills
- Last but not least, you'll have no ego!

- Pull and clean data from BigQuery and GA4 to support recurring analysis
- Use AI to drive faster and better analysis and to automate systems
- Run first-pass analysis on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics
- Turn findings into clear, simple summaries for commercial, marketing, and product teams
- Learn Quantum's analytics practices and data stack, building toward owning your own areas
