Role Summary
Aura Health seeks a full-time Registered Nurse for their Cardiac/Vascular Surgical PCU in Greensboro, NC, focusing on compassionate patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care
- Developing individualized care plans based on medical history and diagnostic results
- Administering medications and treatments
- Reconciliating medical records for accuracy and compliance
- Monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; clinical specialty experience preferred
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state
- CPR/BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have a valid RN license for North Carolina or a Compact state and relevant nursing experience.
