Key Responsibilities
- You will work directly with our Meta Performance Lead and manage a portion of our acquisition efforts. Initially, you will be responsible for specific locales, but over time, you may take ownership of new funnels, R&D initiatives, or even an entirely new traffic source.
- Generate creative ideas in collaboration with our creative team. Your insights are very valuable for the creative development.
- Work with autorules and AI-agents (we will teach you everything). Our internal AI-efforts are new to us too, we will study together and make mistakes together. It’s a part of the process.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 6-8 months of experience with Meta
- Understanding of unit economy of the performance-driven startups
- Analytical skills (you can look at the report and make decisions based on data)
- Ability to build logical conclusions.
- Is a plus if you studied mathematics or something technical at the university (but we don’t need to see your diploma).
- You have seen Meta ads manager and worked with it directly.
- You know what unit economy is and can explain it to a 5 y.o child.
