Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of three staff providing human resource services to national and international personnel engaged under DFAT programs and the Facility, including:

- On-boarding and orientation, including ensuring personnel are set up in the ASIPS Knowledge Hub (Management Information System and Mitra).
- Advise the Deputy Facility Director and DT Global’s corporate team of any personnel grievances and conflicts, and where possible, assist in the development of resolutions.
- Identify and implement opportunities for learning and capacity development for all national staff (both FSU and program personnel).
- Provide general HR guidance and support to ASIPS+ personnel.
- Keep abreast of current labour legislation and changes in Solomon Islands
- Assist with developing and driving proactive sourcing and networking initiatives to attract and develop a robust pipeline of national talent. This includes drawing on extensive local networks and connections, in addition to standard outreach channels, to source and attract a diverse range of national applications, including from women and people with a disability.
- Implement human resources systems, policies, procedures, tools and templates to ensure streamlined, effective, and high-quality services are delivered with regular recruitment metrics, reporting on progress on a monthly and six-monthly basis, and document management.
- Work with the Recruitment Team to support the ongoing analysis of current recruitment effectiveness in line with service standards and identify opportunities to mainstream.
Minimum Requirements
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or International Development.
