Minimum Requirements
- Has 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, funnel optimization, or experimentation in a consumer or SaaS product
- Track record of improving growth metrics through experimentation—can point to specific results from tests they designed and shipped
- Strong analytical capabilities: comfortable working with large datasets, building analyses, and using data to inform product decisions. Proficiency with SQL or a similar query language is an advantage
- Deep understanding of the user acquisition, activation, and conversion funnels—knows how to diagnose drop-offs, form hypotheses, and validate solutions
- Experience running a structured experimentation program, including A/B testing, and iterative learning
- Effective collaborator who builds trust with engineering, design, data science, and marketing partners
- Clear and concise communicator who can articulate strategy, trade-offs, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities—can structure problems independently and move forward without waiting for perfect information
- Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
- Based in Berlin or another EU location supported by Superhuman, with willingness to travel occasionally for team off-sites and collaboration
- Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
